Το συγκρότημα αποτελείται από δύο διαμερίσματα προς ενοικίαση και μία τρίτη κατοικία που χρησιμοποιείται από την οικογένεια των ιδιοκτητών κυρίως κατά τη διάρκεια της υψηλής περιόδου. Και τα δύο διαμερίσματα διαθέτουν ευρύχωρες βεράντες με πανοραμική θέα στον Παγασητικό Κόλπο.

Η μεγάλη βεράντα και η ιδιωτική πισίνα προσφέρουν ανεμπόδιστη θέα στη θάλασσα και στο φυσικό τοπίο της περιοχής.

Η ευρύχωρη βεράντα προσφέρει πανοραμική θέα στη θάλασσα και στην ακτογραμμή του νοτίου Πηλίου.

Un petit paradis, qui donne envie d'y retourner sans hésitation.

Un petit paradis, la piscine à débordemant avec une superbe vue sur la mer et ses couchers de soleil. L'hôte Eleni aux petits soins, pleine de petites attentions et de bons conseils Location correspondant parfaitement au descriptif, tout était propre et confortable. Un séjour très agréable. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Beautiful and calming

Best hospitality, Eleni welcomed us and gave us great recommendations and made sure we have everything we need. The house is beautiful and has an amazing view. Best location, quiet but still close to tavernas and to the beach.

Great apartment in a great location with a great host!

Very comfortable apartment in an ideal location between Milina & Chorto with a fabulous view out over the Pagasetic Golf. It has easy access to all areas of the southern end of the Pelion peninsula and we would definitely return to Notus Villa if we come back to the area. And to cap it all, Eleni was a wonderful host and provided us with a great welcome.

There is nothing to dislike.

A hidden gem

Beautifully furnished contemporary rustic home with everything you need and more, but a calming absence of clutter. Incredible view. Lovely hosts on site who were sensitive regarding privacy and at the same time hospitable and helpful.

Nothing to dislike; however the driveway is not that obvious, so if you arrive after dark and haven’t kept the host updated on your arrival time, you may find locating the property a challenge. Negotiating the parking area requires a bit of manoeuvring if several cars are present, so this too is probably best undertaken in daylight.

The perfect get-away for a fantastic stay in Pilion.

The villa is spacious, well equipped (kitchen, bathroom and TV) and has an amazing view over the bay. It has a nice terrace, and is stylishly designed.

The only thing that could be better is to have some salt, pepper and oil available in the kitchen.

sehr schönes Appartment, tolle und große Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer (wir hatten das Appartment ohne Pool, unsere Terrasse war viel größer als die mit Pool), Klimaanlage, alles top. Lediglich die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein.

O locație perfectă pentru iubitorii de priveliști frumoase și liniște. Copiii au apreciat piscina, noi am apreciat apusurile fermecate. Gazdele au fost primitoare. Am avut parte de o vacanță perfectă.

Schön ausgestattete Wohnung mit toller Aussicht.

Für uns war bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich, dass es sich um zwei unterschiedliche Wohnungen handelt und der Pool nur zu der anderen Wohnung dazu gehört. Nach längerer Diskussion konnten wir den Pool nutzen, da noch keine anderen Gäste da waren.
